I expect Plummer to bounce back to with ~250-300 yards, 2-3 TDs, 0 INTs against KC this week. His statline looked bad, but with some help it could have been much better (this is not to say he didn't make some very poor decisions). The entire Denver offense had a meltdown in SL, not just Jake. Had his WRs made a some plays, Jake could easily have had at least 2 TDs, one on a ball that Walker dropped and one on a ball that Todd Devoe misplayed. And then, of course, he most likely would not have made that desperation throw on Denver's last drive which resulted in his third INT. So, we'd be looking at a 300 yard, 2 TD, 1 INT game for Jake, and in all likelihood, a Denver victory. That said, Plummer will start all season barring injury or early elimination from the playoffs (this will only happen if Jake and the O line continue to play poorly, which I clearly don't expect).
