What is up with the Miami run game? (1 Viewer)

What is going on down in Miami? I thought with the addition of Pennington, the running game would open up a little more. Both Ricky and Ronnie have been disappointing through the first 2 games. Is it the line, their opponents, playing from behind, or what? Anybody who has seen these 2 run, let us know what's up. Ricky is averaging 2.5 yards after looking like the Ricky of old in the preseason.

I had a great offer for Ricky last week that I turned down and now I'm regretting it

The WRs aren't great

The QB is accurate but has poor arm strength

Ricky Williams is getting up there in age and was overused early in his career; one has to wonder if he's really committed to playing football or if he's doing it because he needs the money.

Ronnie Brown is less than a year away from a torn ACL

The defense sucks, so time of possession may not favor Miami all year.

Bernie has really chilled down in South Beach the last 13 years and only ran the black tee thing out for FGs. Yeah, he's been through a lot, but Karim Abdul Jabbar, Cecil Collins, James Johnsono, Rob Konrad, Lamar Smith, Ricky Williams, Lamar Gordon and Ronnie Brown have filled in pretty nicely for him.
