So, the discussion on where people kept their wallet brought up where a number of people keep their phone right/left front pocket, and that got me thinking about how people use their phone.

I am right-handed, but will primarily use my left hand to both hold, and type with my thumb. Thus, my phone is usually in my front left pocket.

So, how do you type on your phone?

I'm right-handed but 99% of the time I talk holding the phone in my left hand. I've always held the phone on the left side but I also don't think I hear as well with my right ear. When typing, I use both hands equally.
