I regularly get these updates from Joe which indicate an opinion from Dr Jene Bramel. Having no idea what kind of doctor he is and how much stock I should be putting into his expertise, I wondered if anyone here knew. His bio does not indicate enough for me to distinguish him from any quack but I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt.
