Has anyone ever come across any stats regarding the percentage of penalties by the return team on punts and kicks? In 2 days of football watching this weekend, it seemed like I saw more than usual. Just curious what percentage of returns are taken back due to penalty - any guesses?

i dunno but i find this extremely annoying ... could be because i'm a bear fan and have seen multiple devin hester returns (a couple touchdowns) come back
