What to do with Brees (QB2) spot (1 Viewer)

With Brees on my team, down w/ broken ribs, is he a shut em down candidate? Stafford, Cousins, Jones, Newton, Smith, Lock, Dalton on the WW. I’m starting Herbert, should I forgo a backup? If you feel like one of these is much better than the other, should I get 1 TONIGHT?

Don't bother picking up a backup. You'll never sit Herbert the rest of the season.

I don't like not having a back up qb. I'd get Stafford I think.

Don't see how Brees helps fantasy owners again this season and sadly maybe not next season either.

But imo my backup qb is always on waiver wire.  I dont like carrying 2 qbs if i have a stud.  waste of a bench spot and all the qbs on the wire are the same.  

i would easily drop brees
