The question is “regularly”, so the answer for me is no. Have I before? Yes, but maybe only a few times in the past 5 years. I don’t care to have urine in my shower and around my feet, so I always pee (in the toilet) before I get in if I have to go. I think the few exceptions were when I was drunk and then caught by an emergency situation. Otherwise, I’d simply wait until I was done.

I could see that. There certainly is some room for interpretation in the word “regularly”. I probably do it more often that what you describe—but I do it from time to time—and it doesn’t gross me out at all. I clean my body well in the shower so that doesn’t bother me, and I clean my bathroom and shower pretty dang frequently—so I’m not worried about any part of my bathroom turning into a bio-hazard.

BTW - think of all the water you save by not peeing in the toilet before you shower. Each flush is ~ 1.5 gallons. You can save like 500 gallons of water alone!@#!@#!@#

In the rare occasion I'm peeing at the 9th tee box it's because I've had a few beers and have already been holding it for 45 minutes and another 5-10 might not be doable.

I always have hand sanitizer w/ me anyways especially in my golf bag.

This is better I guess. The worst part is that you are peeing on your swimsuit which I assume you will be wearing for the foreseeable future.

I think the peeing in public thing is more the visual and just knowing that someone's doing it. If someone's going in the ocean, I'm not picturing it in my head.

I’d prefer to pee on a tree than a toilet.
Went to the lake with the family and in laws this weekend. Jumped in the water to pee. So did 11 of the other 12 of us. (Wife didn’t, she has a UTI and is concerned that the lake would irritate it). A couple hours later we did use the toilets in the Marina.

When I used to live near the beach in San Diego and surfed you saved the pee for the wetsuit in the winter when water was sub 60 degrees. Was glorious.
