Personally, I leave my ipod connected to the computer and download the podcasts automatically. If there was a podcast released sometime tuesday, I could conceivably wake up wed morning, and on my way to work listen to the whole thing. Get a recap of the major sports stories from the past weekend, talk about waiver wire options, talk about injuries and players status, etc. I think this would be an EXCELLENT feature to add to the list of services that come with an FBG's subscription. Think of it as a verbal summary of Joe's weekly emails during the season.
Basically, if I can get caught up on the major stories of the weekend on my way to work, a day or so after the games are complete, coupled with fantasy impact information, projections, waiver wire information, injury reports, and random shots...that would be awesome. Most of it could be done on monday, with additional information on monday night's game added on if necessary.
I don't think it would be necessary to go in depth into each game, or really even mention each game, unless significant FF information should be mentioned about it. The emails provide the in-depth information, while the podcast could provide the highlights and the "You really need to know this" information.
Maybe you could feature a different FBG sometime during the year, talking about things they've thought about during the previous week. Who knows.
