What's the newest candy bar that is a classic? (1 Viewer)

Too much of a hijack to bring up the best toffee I've ever had?

Kinda of like a black card, upper-tier Heath Bar ...but not even close.
I've got a few minutes.  Indulge me.
Enstrom Toffee from Colorado.

We go for the dark chocolate - not milk chocolate fans ...but not here to judge.

You know how most toffee kind of sticks to your teeth?  This stuff almost melts in your mouth.  Literally tastes like butter  - doesn't even get super hard when you keep it in the freezer (which I recommend ...but still won't melt, etc)

Not cheap, but not ridiculous - comparable to most mail order chocolates, etc - $25-ish a pound.

We have turned a lot of friends onto this stuff and they rave about it as well.

Hmm. Big toffee fan. I’m intrigued.

Airheads were created in 1985. If they meet your definition of a candy bar, I think they'd be considered classic and score the victory here.

Pretty good call.  Clearly a candy in bar shape. I'd vote for it.  It's half of my kids favorite candy, so probably classic.

Same year, "sour patch kids" were named. Clearly not a bar, but a better candy IMO

Kids were big fans Airheads back in the day - never thought of them as candy bars but if I’m being honest I couldn’t give you a definition of what a candy bar is - I’ll allow it.

My old office would get 2 boxes of this for Christmas from a vendor.  The stuff was like crack!!
