What's the proper procedure for kicking a guy out of your league? (1 Viewer)

Little history on this guy

Preseason - accuses me of collusion for a pre season trade (some of you may remember) Braylon/Caddi for Rudi

Week 3 - accuses me of altering his waiver picks. says i removed his second round waiver pick to help me in our week 3 matchup (Bobby Engram)

Week 4 - he and another owner agree on a trade which he proposed - Edge/Dunn/Cooley for MJD/A.Green/D.Mason

trade goes through and he claims he didnt have Dunn in the deal and accuses me of trying to screw him over by adding him to the trade last minute.

Much of this is done over the league message board and in msgs from him to other owners.

Maybe all of this doesnt merit being kicked out. If he's going to go on with these rediculous accusations and calling my character into question, I think I'd almost rather not have him in the league.

How do you go about legitimately kicking someone who's paid their league fees out of your league??

Should I just let it go and block his msg board rights?

It sounds like he is being quite a jerk. Has he been in the league long?? or his first year??? Either way I don't think you can do much about it this year. Just try and calm him down as best you can, and keep your paper trails, then let him go this off season.

If this were a beer commercial, a giant can would fall from the sky and squish you for this.I had this happen to me while commsihing a few years back. One of the reasons I don't like to commish anymore. Unless he tanks the season or tries sabotage just ride him out and don't have him back next year. Don't get into it with him, send an email to the others in the league about the situation so they know the "charges" are false. And let things proceed normally.

I agree with the others let it go and next year don't have him in league, if you kick him out now, you need to find a owner replacement and this will mess up the season at week 4 already.By the way what kind of software you using for this online league? Most will have the trade and ww recorded as pending with the date and time stamp, thats all the proof you need if its true what you say (besides your pre-season trade).

Maybe I'm just way to hung over- how could he accuse you of adding a player to a trade when I'm assuming you are using a website that he can only select the players he would add to the trade???

You need to either improve your cheating or put up with it for the rest of the season.

Look at this as an opportunity to show how transparent your commishing is. Show transaction logs, etc. Check with your web site to find out if there is any way you can make these changes without a paper trail. Post this info to the entire league and point out that you researched this because of the continual accusations from Team X.

As soon as the season ends either find another owner or ask the entire league to help find one. FF is a privilege, not a right. Do NOT back off and give him another chance because as soon as he has a bad season, bad start, etc. he will revert back to his same ways.

I'm considering quitting a league where we have a guy that claims collusion after every trade he isn't involved in. He ruins the fun of trades.
