curious what time people eat in the morning (assuming M - F) or if they don't and what impacts they feel their choice has on the rest of their day

this is an interesting twistI eat dinner, no breakfast or lunch. I really don't see the use in eating multiple meals every day. Sometimes if one of my female coworkers brings cookies or cake I'll eat some of that, but as for meals, nah.
Great. I don't slow down in the afternoon if you are wondering that. I take daily vitamins and a modest stack (L-Theanine, Caffeine, Oxiracetam) every morning. Not a coffee drinker, just water.this is an interesting twist

happy belated birthdayI start working at 5:30am so always eat something before 8am... banana, breakfast bar or cereal.. oh and a pot ofis also finished before 8am.
kinda, like you. Just not hungry before 11:00 so my lunch is around 11:00 ti 11:30 AM which I hope combines the two. I eat to live & not the other way around. Not saying I'm better because I don't each much-----I'm lucky in that I'm not hungry very much. the 12 pack sitting in my present wastebasket will attest to that fact. so will the one hitter stashed in my office drawer.I eat dinner, no breakfast or lunch. My wife made me some overnight oatmeal last week, and holy mother of god. What a nightmare.Banana and granola bar on the way to work. I wish I could say that was always before 8:00 AM. And about 17 cups of coffee by noon.
If I'm working from home I end up having a few bowls of high fiber cereal and end up taking a #### every 90 minutes.
Judging by a couple responses make sure you have multiple bathrooms handy.I think I just got to see what you guys have to eat so I know how to get to the meeting with the other guys in the morning.
This sounds awesome but not sure if my belly could handle this for bfast.Papas Chile Huevos (hashbrowns with cheese and Hatch Green Chile and eggs on top) before the lunch rush hits. And that's all I really care to eat in the morning time. Anything else would just be a boring waste of time compared to getting my Chile fix.

While some people seem to skip breakfast to help watch (or lose) their weight, I don't think that's sustainable long-term. There are lots of studies suggesting the best way to manage your weight is to never starve your body, but rather keep you metabolism going as much as possible, which starts with small meals in the AM and thru the day. Even something as simple as drinking some warm water in the shower is enough to get your metabolism going in the morning.

ahoy @Cap'n Crunch !I usually eat breakfast with my kids before they go to school around 730. I've noticed that I'm eating more out of habit/ obligation to Cap'n Crunch. Usually, I'm not really hungry until 9 or 10. So, I'm trying to have breakfast less often in the morning.
