Yes, it's always a few days after the Super Bowl, usually by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Yes after Super Bowl, it used to be early February as you remember but when the SB got pushed back so did the updates.

Not for my leagues. My picks still just say “1st round” rather than “pick 1.01”, etc

Your commissioner probably hasn't rolled over the league yet (or, if he has, he hasn't set the draft order).

What I meant was that it used to say "My Leagues," "Reports," "For Owners," etc. at the top of the page, with drop-down menus for other stuff. Now it says, "My Account," "Scores," "Transactions," and other categories. MFL eliminated the drop-down menus that led to more drop-down menus.
