From running Trader Joes for years, I've seen a pattern typically of 2-3 weeks prior to the end of the regular (FF) season.That's usually Wk 10-11 assuming Wks 14-16 for playoffs.Collusion risks are higher if the deadline comes any later than that.For Keeper/Contract/Dynasty Leagues it is about the same - and then the trade window re-opens after the FF Superbowl. Most wait until January.HTH

Fri 9pm of week six. (last week) Seems early to me, but this serious keeper league has had problems with players dumping studs for next year's prospects when teams are out of the playoffs. We have no losers playoff bracket, which I've pushed for.
