Two early picks to go from bottom-feeders to playoff contention. Which team does better.

I picked Arizona because I think they've improved more and they play in a much worse division. NFC South is going to be tough.

Green is the proven commodity here.

The over/under on Cards wins this year is about 9 IMHO.

Much easier division for the Cards.

I think the Saints will put in some good performances, but the results will not be there. It will be a growing process for everyone involved.

Denny has definitely proven he can put together a 1-dimensional team that can make the playofs.

Seriously. We're going to have better QB play, which should lead to scoring a few more points. If we could get the defense to play half-way consistent, we are going to win some ball games. I think we'll play alot better in our division this year. Remember, before Katrina we beat Carolina. And after, we nearly beat ATL and Tampa Bay.

Katrina happened before the season, no?

Yes, you're correct.

Saints will most likely lose all 6 divisional games. I just can't see them doing anything against that division... bush or no bush.

The Cardinals have a good chance of doing some damage iMO... though we said that last year and they crapped the bed.

True, but signed Edge and they found a potential QB of the future while adding 2 solid players to offense and 2 defensive steals in the draft. Things are looking good in AZ.

You're right. I was thinking about that preseason game I when to last season.

Holy moley, man ... they didn't even do that last year.

Every team improved alot...Atlanta's Defense is sick.

Carolina added MeShawn and Deangelo.

Tampa's Oline is improving which was its only concern in the off season.

Atlanta's biggest problem is on it's offense.

The Saints beat Carolina in the season opener last year, which was after Katrina.

Losing Jim Haslett has to be good for 3-4 more wins this year. Arizona never performs up to expectations. So far Denny Green has escaped blame for that, based on reputation.

NO will improve more this year.
