Not an option for this poll. You can have 1 for sure, but not the other.Trump lose and the GOP losing majority. They've shown an unwillingness to do their jobs, why should they be rewarded for that? I don't even like democrats that much and I'd rather they be in charge, at least for a few years anyway.
On reflection, I'm not too far off from this position. My first choice would be Biden and a GOP senate. Second choice is Biden and a Democratic senate. Third choice is coronavirus. If Biden wins I dont care what happens to senate.
Sorry GB. This place is hopeless. It does explain why Trump and Biden are our choicesNot an option for this poll. You can have 1 for sure, but not the other.
Is the premise of this question really that difficult to understand? No Trump wins and Republicans keep the Senate option? The last thing the Democrats deserve is power in the Senate after the stunt they pulled.
Adding it now.I want the option where I get some ice cream. Where’s that choice?
Yes, it’s more rigged than a Democrat primary. Carry on though. Is the premise of this question really that difficult to understand?
Obviously Pro-Trump folks want wins in both and vice versa.
As a Trump proponent, would you rather see him win and pair him with a Democratic Congress or rather see him lose but keep control of the Senate if it HAD to be one of those 2?
All of your options guarantee 4 more years of gridlock. I'll pass on those. Not an option for this poll. You can have 1 for sure, but not the other.

Fine, gun to head, I'll take a Trump L with a GOP senate if I have to, but that emote is exactly what the American people will be doing if these happen.
Correct.I actually voted for Trump to stay and Democrats take over the Senate. This assumes the House stays Dem as well, correct?
Ok...so if true, I'd take Trump being in office long enough for them to impeach and remove him for either campaign finance violations or his unilateral actions against Iranian nationals, or if they were REALLY up on doing their jobs whichever of the things Mueller laid out in his report. All those things he still probably did and are still impeachable. Two of them even pass the "crime committed" bar the GOP has set. Do the work correctly and remove him.Correct.
I'd like to see a path to 67 Dems in the Senate, 'cause that's what it'll takeOk...so if true, I'd take Trump being in office long enough for them to impeach and remove him for either campaign finance violations or his unilateral actions against Iranian nationals, or if they were REALLY up on doing their jobs whichever of the things Mueller laid out in his report. Precedent would say no...they wouldn't.Trump wins, Republicans keep the Senate. Don't care about the House. Need the Senate majority so when RBG kicks the bucket we can get another conservative SC Justice in there. Hope Sotomayor departs as well. That's the real treasure of winning the election, controlling the Courts.
EDIT: Based on the options, Trump wins and lose the Senate. Wonder if the Senate would confirm any Trump appointees though.
I didn't vote this way, but I like the thought process.Ok...so if true, I'd take Trump being in office long enough for them to impeach and remove him for either campaign finance violations or his unilateral actions against Iranian nationals, or if they were REALLY up on doing their jobs whichever of the things Mueller laid out in his report. I think the ship has sailed on either party's Senate majority confirming SCOTUS appointees made by an opposing president. If a Justice drops dead an hour after the inauguration next January, I bet we'd see their seat held open for the president's entire term if necessary.Precedent would say no...they wouldn't.
Just curious, would you vote Biden over Trump or would you vote 3rd party?Voted third choice.
If Biden wins I dont care what happens to senate.
If Sanders wins I want senate as GOP as it can get.
probably Biden. He is growing on me. Not sure why other than the fact that he is not Sanders.Just curious, would you vote Biden over Trump or would you vote 3rd party?
You simply can't lump Sanders and Biden together. Non starter for me. Poll is broken.Let's hear it.
Trump wins but has to contend with Democratically controlled Congress
or
Democrats win the Presidency but have to contend with a Republican led Senate that will continue to block agendas
It does? I'd venture to say that the majority of posters here wanted Kasich/Pete/Klobuchar over the other candidates.Sorry GB. This place is hopeless. It does explain why Trump and Biden are our choices
You forgot to include Mike...It does? I'd venture to say that the majority of posters here wanted Kasich/Pete/Klobuchar over the other candidates.
Your ideas are intriguing to me. I wish to subscribe to your newsletter. On reflection, I'm not too far off from this position. My first choice would be Biden and a GOP senate. Second choice is Biden and a Democratic senate. Third choice is coronavirus.
