Even the Raider-haters in the crowd will acknowledge that JaMarcus Russell has the finest gun in all the land.Who has the 2nd-strongest arm now?Cutler?Palmer?Big Ben?

Now that Brett is gone, I guess Jamarcus might be the guy. I'd say Cutler is next.

The Strongest armed qb is sitting in a jail cell.

You've watched too many Nike commercials. If we're basing arm strength on how far you can throw a ball, I submit there isn't a QB in NFL history who would have been able to throw it a longer distance than Russell. Vick would be up there if the category was throwing a fastball to a man 8 yards downfield, when a simple touch pass would have sufficed.
