I love CMC this year but you are getting a lot in return. I would probably take the trade but it also depends on your team needs and if you are in win it now mode or rebuilding.

I'm sort of in the middle. If my guys stay healthy and a couple of them take a step forward I could win. But I'm by no means a powerhouse.

I am big on Williams and Kerryon so I would take this deal.  I think both of those guys will have really good years and be good for a few years.  I think the value is too good to pass up.
