Which TE has more upside in the dynasty format (1 Viewer)

Witten is 28 coming off a 1000+ yd season with only 2 tds. There are a lot of mouths to feed in Dallas and Dez Bryant hasn't even hit his stride yet. Hernandez is a rookie and has looked very good even before the Moss trade. His targets should increase with Moss gone, but NE spreads the ball around also. Would you draft Hernandez over Witten if the season started today with what you know about both players?

Hernandez definitely has more upside (he's basically a WR as he never lines up in line with the offensive lineman like a traditional TE yet he has TE eligibility in FF), but whether or not I draft him earlier in a dynasty league is another question entirely.
