It's a quid pro quo agreement between the NFL and MLB. The NFL doesn't play this Sunday night against the world series, and in return, baseball makes sure its product sucks so it doesn't siphon off any NFL viewers for the rest of the 2 months that the seasons overlap. It's a win-win situation!

So you're home on Sunday night and you have no rooting interest in either game. Your favorite team has played and you have no fantasy players in the football game.Which do you watch?(I'm guessing this will be slightly skewed because this is a FFB site).I don't undertstand why the NFL refuses to compete with MLB on SNF. After all, there is a MNF game this week.

I'd watch both, flipping back and forth.
