I was rather thrifty with my steals (a mistake I now realize) even something simple like stealing Harrison made my squad so much better. I was also amazed after I posted up the team listings that less people fought tooth and nail over guys like VY and other pretty good guys that the other teams NEEDED to start picking up to start balancing out their teams. The brief TE run is kind of like what I'm referring too. Multiple steals on the same TE's over and over! SI! One of the quirks of the first draft I guess.

Not laughing as there are no sure things at this point, but with the Lions picking up Tatum Bell and at least one other RB (name unmentioned as not selected yet - BnB's projected Thunder for Carolina :( ), I'm not thinking that Calhoun is guaranteed to be toting the rock either.

I totally agree I was just a bit surprised at being the first to have a pick called "ugly". It was initiated by JP, who I believe is still a bit annoyed that I stole Curtis from him.....being an Iggles homer and all........

Anyway, no offense taken, I thought I needed to respond though. We'll just have to see how many more "ugly" picks are made between now and the end of the draft.

Oh yeah, can't remember who selected Tatum Bell, but I have never been a fan of his and I always thought that any success he had in Denver was because he was in Denver. Calhoun was a risky pick nontheless.
