Who Are You Counting On This Week ... (1 Viewer)

Bye weeks and injuries are forcing a lot of us (especially in larger leagues) to dig real deep for production each week. And sometimes that means starting a player you wouldn't normally give any consideration to. For me this week it's Josh Reed. There's nothing special about the guy, but I just need his regular 4-45 type of game at worst and I'm hoping maybe the game turns into a bit of a shootout and maybe he delivers more than that. If this were a regular week, he wouldn't be anywhere near my starting lineup, but with Cotchery and Holt on a bye and Curtis still hurt I'm digging deep.

What about you? Who's in your lineup this week that wouldn't normally be anywhere near it?

traded for Chad 'whatever his name is' for some god awful reason I really can't recall, now I'm actually starting him...

Domenik Hixon, Fred Jackson and Dante Rosario - not all in one league. I had to start Fred Jackson last week and he paid off. I'm hoping for pay dirt once again.

Hixon, Sidney Rice, and Mark Clayton  Thanks to Plax's suspension, Colston's injury, and Cotchery and Edwards on a bye week. It should be ugly today.

In various leagues:

Matt Schaub

Steve Breaston

LenDale White :wall:

Mark Clayton

Matt Cassel

Rudi Johnson

Rashied Davis will be in my lineup if Booker doesn't play, starting over Bernard Berrien who's penciled in due to byes but is questionable in a Monday night game.

Garrard & Billy Miller instead of Rodgers & Winslow

M Jones & Reg Brown instead of Boldin & Holt

Rough week...

Deion Branch today. Everyone else is on a bye. Its a situation of start him or drop him, but the Wavier wire isn't a whole lot better.

In my 12 team PPR league where we start 3 WR's, I have Lance Moore and Derrick Mason playing their way into my starting lineup over Santonio Holmes. The other starter is Reggie Wayne.

In my HTH 12 team, PPR league where we start 2 WR's, I have Randy Moss and Roddy White in the lineup, again with Santonio Holmes on the bench.

OF course, I have been making myself crazy with this decision. If you would have told me at the start of the year that I would be benching Santonio as my WR 2 in favor of Lance Moore, Derrick Mason, and even Roddy White, I would have told you that this would be highly improbable.

I have to start both White & Holmes (behind Marshall) since Cotch is on his BYE.. Hoping to get lucky today

:goodposting: Maybe I should have projected more?

Is it too late to add D. Williams?

bye week filler in one league for T. Jones

and in another league switched out S. Young for D Williams at Flex in the last minute.

Both changes made a huge difference.
