most of his damage came on the early in the 4th qtr when tenn was holding a 10 pt lead. it was a crucial series, not anything close to garbage time.I had to start him last week out of bye week desparation. But I don't understand FBG's high ranking of him, unless they are counting on another Tennessee blowout win with garbage time stats for Ringer.
Agreed- the worst rushing team in the NFL now could be a full-blown RBBC? I have both and may be forced to start one of them this week only because of byes.Over Chris Johnson?..
Anyone doing that? Seems it would be hard to start either of them at this point..
I actually thought about dropping Ringer earlier this season to make room for a waiver move. I may have made a bid and lost to a higher bidder.. I can't remember exactly what happened, but I'm glad he's still on my roster..
Against Indy, a ten point lead in the 4th Qtr. is garbage time. He will get serious consideration from people that are dealing with the Mathews/Tolbert injury scenario as well as people delaing with bye weeks or injured RBBC scenarios. trust me I fit that category and he is a serious consideration.Against Indy, a ten point lead in the 4th Qtr. is garbage time. Where as CJ did atrocious against the worst team in the league...? There's gonna be a change in Tennessee, if they keep playing CJ they're not going to get any where.I don't understand the Ringer love. He did OK in garbage time last week against the worst team in the league, and suddenly people are assuming that he'll take over the starting gig in mid-game today? There are at least a dozen other backup RBs slated to get ~10 carries today, yet none of them are getting as much hype as Ringer.Smells like wishful thinking to me.
