Semi agree here. It's entertaining material. Their iPhone app is unsurpassed for bathroom fodder outside of porn. I don't take it seriously enough to wear the t-shirt. A friend of mine bought me one, I graciously accepted, then placed in the bottom drawer.

Right. Do I enjoy the app? Definitely. Am I going to go out of my way to let people know that or actually spend $ on something telling people that I do? Hell no. Also, I imagine their events to be complete sausage fests with a couple random hot chicks being oggled over for about 45 mins until they decide to leave.

They do a lot of charity work. Multiple times they have raised serious cash to help out someone who was disabled. Like 100k and up.

They had a story about a super hot chick who was battling cancer and a link to her give forward site. It moved me to donate (no pun intended) along with thousands of others. I hope the girl was able to beat it. That was my first exposure to give forward, some pretty touching stories and amazing donating over there.

The Chive has done a great job creating a true community. The shirts and other wearables are a part of that. A reason to find common ground based on beer, hot chicks, cool ####, sweet cars, cute animals and helping others.

I can find better things to find issue with, have donated to Chive charities and just recently got me a set of cufflinks. :kcco:
