Barry Bonds from left field.
The same Barry Bonds who couldn't throw out Sid "Slower than Bread Mold" Bream?Or Ghodzilla Steroid Barry with laser-tracking infra-red eye implants?
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Pre-cyborg. You know, the scrawny fella that weighed about 145 lbs soaking wet in Jerri-curl juice circa 1988 or so.

If I'm Young's agent, I'm talking up Bernie Kosar every chance I get.

J
Or Kent Tekulve, on the subject of ex-Buccos.
That's probably a little more accurate, PP.Still though, I say it's a good thing he's 6' 5". He'll be ok.

J
Tekulve: Height 6' 4", Weight 180 lb. Young: Height 6' 4 5/8", Weight 229 lb.

So Vinnie's got almost 50 pounds extra to put behind the ball.

If he wears shades while he plays, Vince Young should be known as Texas Teke.

:goodposting: I'm right there with ya JB, Kosar is an Academic All-American Hall of Famer!

good approach, I like that: try to make the 32 NFL teams think VY is not only brilliant, but that he's a great athlete too..

:lmao:

I don't think his motion is quite as terrible as people make it out to be. Judge for yourself, the video with Mike Maycock on NFL.com has some good footage of his throws including some that give a great view of his motion.http://nfl.com/draft/story/9329030

What were the heights of Dan McGwire and Scott Mitchell? Height = success?
Hi desp,Height absolutely doesn't = success. Height covers the flaw of a way low release point.

Ah, that makes sense. I just didn't see what you were getting at. Thanks.

Uncle Rico can throw a football over them mountains. And if Coach woulda put him in the fourth quarter, they would've been state champions. No doubt. No doubt in my mind.
