Not really evena fair question. Answer is clearly Brown, but where was Brown at 22?

I'll try this again.
While @ age 23 and 2nd season is seemingly apples to apples, it's really not. OBJ was a 4 star recruit (#6 nationally), AB was barely on anyone's radar - & transferred from Florida International without playing a down, walked onto Central Michigan. Both were stars as Freshman - AB put up better numbers against lessor comp - but OBJ was in the NFL development league (SEC), AB was still figuring out basic life skills like waking up & being on time. So there side by side track ought to be taken into account. It's not a knock on OBJ that he came from a stable background, but AB had a lot of bull#### to overcome.
I have no doubt both have a phenomenal work ethic. Coughlin does not bull####. If he says OBJ is a team first guy and out works everyone, I believe him. AB had a little steeper hill to climb. Once he got to the top though, ain't nobody pushing him off. I have a ton of respect for what AB achieved.
But I think it's fair to say development wise, we didn't see AB at his peak until year 3 or 4. Just had a different path. OBJ came in, and even that first month you could see he was special. Then after the bye he just destroyed the league & never looked back.
AB's three year run as the best WR inn the league has been phenomenal. Cannot be stopped when Ben is in the game.
If OBJ stays healthy, and if he doesn't get in his own way, he can be the Jerry Rice of this generation. There a ton of good wideouts in the league, but outside of Julio or Hopkins on their best days, nobody is in the same class.
