For me this is Nash...two time MVP is enough at this point. I have Nash ahead of several players before him here.

There is a decent case to be made for Kawhi here too IMHO.

Cousy? I'm a Celtics guy, but I have 5 of these guys ahead of him.

Voting for Barry again. 5x All NBA 1st team and that Finals MVP was a historic performance with a weak supporting cast. He was also the 2nd best player to play in the ABA (Dr J 1st).

He had a higher peak than anyone left but Kawhi with sustained greatness for about 10 seasons (he even sat out a prime age year due to a contract dispute). Yes he was an *** and likely quit on his team in the playoffs, but so did Kobe and Pippen.

Does it say anything of note that the list is composed of mostly point guards? Is it an underrated position? I’m not an advanced metric guy - are there any that help explain their value relative to guys who score and rebound more?

First time I genuinely don't have a strong opinion about one or two guys. I don't know much about Barry, Havlicek, or Mikan and I can see pros and guys to the more recent guys like Harden (playoff troubles and quitting on teams), Kidd (some flaw to his game), Kawhi (just hurt too often and therefore doesn't have the longevity), etc.

Went Cousy but don't have a great reason why.
