Who will step up and be the RB (1 Viewer)

this year? They are all available in my league and it seems like a complete crapshoot. If they are going to keep winning they need a running game. What do you think?

RBBC. He's a stud.
Actually he is only averaging around 70 yards per game. Not very studly.
70 yards a game is more than 1K yards in a year. Not stellar but still a nice benchmarkOh, and my answer is none of these guys and it will cost them in the playoffs unless Favre just absolutely carries the team. The starter next year is not on the roster this year...I would have to say that they will be in some serious bidding for Michael Turner. I doubt they go RB in the draft because I don't see them having a high enough pick to get a stud.

1,000 yards rushing became the benchmark when the NFL season was 12 games long.1120 yards is a decent season but considering most backs get between 70-90% of a teams rushing yards you are looking at between 784-1008.They need to turn around the whole running game before any one of these guys is truly viable.

Well the colts appear to have a stud in Addai that was acquired late first, so its possible they could draft one. Unless the Bolts lower the asking price for turner from last offseason , i doubt anyone trades for him.

Turner is an U.F.A. next year, no trading necessary...just shell out some

Well, they have had a pretty tough Rush D schedule and it doesnt get much better. BUT, they do have a pretty good schedule for the first two weeks of the fantasy playoffs Oakland and St Louis. And Wynn did score 2 TDs vs. the one of the only mediocre Ds he's faced, back in Week 2 vs. the Giants and he ran well vs. Chicago a couple of weeks ago. When they've been playing close games, I think they want to keep the game in Favre's hands, so that's something else to consider. It is something to keep an eye on. One of these guys could be very viable come playoff time.

Their one upside stat is that they have 5 rushing TDs so far this year, which is nice.

 And Wynn seems to be a pretty good goal-line runner, so if nothing else he probably holds the most value.

My vote goes to Jackson. He's the only one with ANY upside.
You mean "Finger Tip Tackle Jackson", the guy is not an NFL RB. The only upside is when the Pack release him to free up a roster spot.

This is the opportunity for Wynn to seize the job. We'll see if he does. Reports are saying Packers are committed for him for now, and it's up to him to distinguish himself from the pack OR else we'll see a new starting RB for the Packers next year.

And as a Wynn owner in 1 dynasty, I hope he does !!! :kicksrock:

the only guys worth spots are Morency in a PPR league and Wynn in a TD heavy league.

I think if anyone becomes a feature back, it is most likely to be Morency.

I'm in a ppr league and I keep going back and forth on this. While Morency is valuable in ppr, Wynn may be the better value overall because he is more likely to cross the stripe.

Morency will be healed up after the bye & will be taking 70% of the RB plays within 2 weeks. He is definitely the most talented & is dangerous in the passing game. I do like Wynn to remain the GL/short yardage back though. Jackson will not be playing much barring injury to the other RBs.

Neither Morency or Wynn is likely to be better than a RB3.

Depends on the format, Wynn has already been a borderline RB2 in my league. Given more opportunity, he could end up as a robust RB2 option.

Upside?Morency has looked better than Jackson, and he's recovering from injury.Wynn has looked better than Jackson, and has as much upside at the VERY least. My guess is you drafted Jackson, but in the real world, he's the worst of the three RBs, and his upside is limited.

Nobody. Everyone will keep rotating in and out throughout the season.

Morency and Brandon Jackson will each continue to get healthy enough to come in an get playing time and Wynn won't have enough consistancy to start in fantasy.

Next year they can draft a real RB and be done with this mess.

Also - if LT were to get injured toward the end of the year, couldn't SD just put the "transition player" tag or the "franchise tag" on Turner?
