By biggest fantasy tease -I mean the player that does not meet expectations and virtually becomes non-startable as a result of his lack of performance, which could be a lack of talent or due to a nagging injury.

I tried to provide a healthy amount of examples, but if you'd rather include a write-in vote - feel free.

I am a little nervous about Darrell Jackson. This injury that has kept him inactive for 6 months seems a little worrisome. Seattle also was interested in Dieon Branch just recently. They signed Nate Burleson in the off season too.Are they worried too?

I went Matt Jones. Expectations are high, but I think there are too many questions, including Leftwich.

Most of the other guys on the list fall into one of two catagories: a solid performer or a shot in the dark. An example of the fisrt is Galloway. He did well enough last year & should do so again. The latter catagory includes guys like Williamson (Min) who won't cost you much so you'd be happy with so-so results.

Matt Jones will go too high & put up not-quite-average numbers.

I too voted for Matt Jones. I think he'll have moments of glory, but I don't see him being consistently Randy Moss-like in his downfield grabs. Where he may have 4 recs for 119 yards and TD (45 yds) I can also see him with games of 2 or 3 recs for 32 yards. I bet if Dodds had a vote it would be Andre Johnson. From what I remember, he's not too big on him.

TJ Housh.

It's nice to see Carson back so soon but he's only human. Unfortunately, I don't know how well Carson will hold up throughout the season. If Carson doesn't finish, Housh is done.

What about Steve Smith? He is listed as the top receiver in about 98% of various listings. I think his nagging hamstring injury will wreak havoc with him. I see him around 1000 yds, 8 TYD's. Not #1 material.

I also went with Jones for those reasons, as well as the distinct possibility that it's Wilford instead that emerges from the pack.

terrell owens, always projected really high, but either injuries or his own ego cost him games and production. Not a guy you can count on.

that's because we aren't expecting much out of him!

Even as one of his biggest fans, I can see Jones labeled as a fantasy tease this year, causing headaches for his owners. Do you start him and risk him being shut down that week, or bench him as he scores 3 TDs? IMO, he'll have the widest array of huge games and games where he disapears. But, he'll meet expectations at the end, so I didn't vote for him.Jennings makes sense, but do we really expect a lot from a rookie WR?

I believe the question was "practically unstartable". While 1,000 and 8 would put him well below his ADP, it's not exactly unstartable (unless you don't have to start WRs at all).

S. Moss. With all the weapons they brought in, how can you expect him to repeat those stats? I admit, Jackson is a candidate, but he's not much of a tease... if you drafted him you had to have your head in a hole the last 12 months. This guy's knee has been an issue since last season and all offseason.
