Hasselbeck has been projected to throw in the neighborhood of 20-25 TDs this year. How do you see the distribution going? Branch has never had more than 5. Engram's high is 6. Hackett is out indefinitely. Burelson has had 9, but hasn't done anything since. Is it possible that he throws around 10 TDs to HBs/FBs/TEs and spreads out the rest rather evenly throughout the WRs thus making them all pretty useless from week to week? I think it might be, but I don't know how likely. Besides Brady, I can't think of another QB that could throw that many TDs without making at least one WR pretty valuable.
IMO
Branch - Still the best bet, but not by much and not sure that the difference in price is worth it.
Burleson - Possibly most upside TD wise, but certainly carries huge bust potential. At his price though, it won't hurt if he does bust.
Engram - Solid, but extremely limited upside due to his role and his statistical history.
Who's going to catch these TD passes? Or maybe Hasselbeck doesn't throw that many TDs this year? What say you?
