Why is Brandon Lloyd ranked so high? (1 Viewer)

The best part about Lloyd is that he is looking very consistent in terms of points. He has not blown up, but he also has not laid any eggs. That is pretty valuable if you ask me. I think he is worth a top ten ranking every week.
OK, I give up. He so far has NOT been a top ten, but people seem to think his WR3 numbers make him worthy of a top ten ranking. I have to stay out of this thread, or I'll end up benching him for Kerley just so I can root against him.

LOL. :lmao:

I have had this guy on my bench for 5 consecutive weeks, but am starting to consider playing him against a banged up Colts secondary. I have to think Brady will try to expose the youth in the Colts secondary and try to connect with Lloyd downfield. Anyone else willing to admit they are considering giving this guy some playing time?

No, I'm starting Lance Moore over him.

Him and Brady don't have good chemistry on the deep stuff (which happens maybe once or twice per game). Had they hooked up earlier in the season it might have gone a different way. I've seen Lloyd drop too many catches that he's made in the past.

Anything can happen but at this point he will ride the pine for a better option - or play at my flex.

If there was a PPD (points per drop) league, smiling Lloyd would be Top 5 pick. As it is he has been a nightmare for me this year, I stupidly traded for him in the offseason and am now struggling to even give him away in a PPR Keeper. This week I'll start two of Tampa Mike, DHB and Alexander ahead if him. Very disappointing

Were you listening to what bloom said? Bloom is wrong often, id try not to listen to him as much next time. Go with your own eyes and knowledge

I've always liked Lloyd and was a huge proponent of him in the offseason and targeted him in every draft. I dropped him a few weeks ago. His ship has sailed. He may have a game or two and tease owner but he's not what those high n him thought he would be. Hes an upgrade over ocho but that's not saying much.
