**Wildcard Sunday - Packers at Eagles**(-5, 46) 4:30 FOX (2 Viewers)

Zero idea why anybody would pick the Pack in this game. Totally irrational.
Packers are capable of beating the Eagles IF they put it all together. They have not put it all together all season.

Not only do the Packers have to "put it all together", the Eagles have to play below what they're capable of. If both teams bring their A game, I don't think GB can win.
Packers literally have no chance here. I fully expect an Eagles blow out. 31-10ish. They just don’t have the coaching to win big games. LaFleur ****s the bed every. single. time. Panic city.

I doubt the Eagles hold GB to 10 points, maybe 31-23 with a garbage TD for GB.

lol. This doesn’t work.

My prediction is 31-20 Eagles. I expect a slow start for the offense as Hurts works off some rust, close game at halftime (like 10-10 or something), then Eagles just control the game, get a couple of their patented long drives in the 2nd half and by the 4th quarter have a relatively easy time.

I just don’t see a position or a position group where the Eagles aren’t better than the Packers. I think our offense is going to put up 30+ and I just don’t think Green Bay can match that against our defense.

My guess is Green Bay scores an early touchdown, and we may start out slow. But as usual, our defense goes on lockdown mode and we jump ahead in the second quarter. Second half is Saquon heavy, and we just grind them out. It’s what we’ve done every game this year.

The only way that we can lose this game, in my opinion, is if Jalen turns the ball over. If we win the turnover battle, I just don’t see us losing.

My final prediction Eagles win 32-20.

Yeah would be a bit closer if gb had been playing good ball but they havent looked good at all the past couple games.

That's pretty much what I predicted. That's the way most of the Eagles games have gone this season.

Philadelphia 33...Packers 19

-I don't think it will be all that close, especially in the 2nd Half
I like this spread as much as any of them on the board.
Bet a small amount on Houston today which will be added to my much bigger bet on Philly today

Should the Pack pull the big upset and the Vikings win tomorrow night and of course the Bucs manage to win tonight...but my brain says Philly should win going away today

Just throwing this out there before the game:

I'm not saying he's the best WR in the NFL (though I think an argument exists) but I don't think there is a tougher WR to cover 1-1 than AJ Brown. I feel like he's had the somewhat misfortune of not playing in a pass heavy offense in his career. I bring it up, because if GB sells out to stop Barkley, they could actually making it even harder on themselves.

There’s nothing to work. I 100% completely believe what I wrote.

You pretty much said the exact same thing I did.

Yeah that would be a mistake. I actually think Dallas is going to have a big game underneath today

I’m just joking. It’s a running gag in the Eagles thread that the reverse prediction jinx method used by @ChiefD is an effective one. Just trying to head off any bad juju.

Cooper is a hell of a LB, I don't know if that's the matchup to attack, though I will agree that Goedert is often overlooked by defenses.

I think Brown on slants (where he has 30 pounds on GBs CBs) and DeVonta deep (slot fades especially could be on the menu) are the best matchups.

This could very well just be Ravens/Steelers 2.0

37-13 Eagles
Don't think this will be remotely close. Line makes no sense. Vegas is counting on a lot of rust from Hurts?

To be fair it's kinda hard to take your post seriously when you finish your post with LaFleur can't win the big games. They beat Dallas last year as a 7 seed. Or doesn't that count as a big game?

I’ve never known quite how to express it, but I kind of agree. His combination of size, speed, route running and hands are probably the best. Although I don’t necessarily think he’s the best , maybe because of his size and musculature, he doesn’t have quite the swivel to get leverage at the highest degree, which makes guys like Jefferson or hill get to a little bit higher level. But just watching the combination of what AJ does looks as impressive as anyone, if not more.

(If that makes any sense…)

I kind of hope the Ravens keep it up, and we get a Phi-Balt SB. they can train the eagle to eat a raven and fly over the whole crowd and field with a raven in it's beak

Pack can make it a game if they take the training wheels off of Love. If they hand the ball to Jacobs 28 times, they will lose bad.

Everyone thinks this will be a cakewalk for Philly from what I’m seeing. I think they’ll win, but I could see this being much closer than most think.
While I honestly do think Eagles blow them out, Love is a bit of a wildcard. I could see him going all gunslinger and making some big plays to keep it respectable. I don't EXPECT that, but it wouldn't shock me either

I think the Eagles have the most talented roster in the NFL. But Green Bay keeps this one close. Their seed has been pretty much locked in for about 3-4 weeks and i think they've been holding some looks back.

Beating another coach known for choking almost doesn’t count as an accomplishment…….

But yes, that was a semi-big game

he won't try returning like that again. trying to run through a LB on kick return is just a horrible decision to make
