Looks like Bounty issues are back to the forefront of the NFL.

Should I still hold on to Will Smith or drop him for Olivier Vernon or Paul Kruger.

Holding. Surely they will appeal again, and this will likely all not be settled until much later in the season. He has been doing well thus far...dropping him is a bit premature.
