I traded away my only 1.01 on my 8 or so dynasty leages. I can honestly say though, if I did have a 1.01 I would not take Bush. I would look to Vince Young or Vernon Davis as a prospect moving forward.

I don't think the other RB's fell into the right teams to pass on Bush at 1.01. Had D. Williams gone to Indy or Denver then he would have had strong consideration for 1.01.

Because you just talked about taking a QB and a TE at 1.01 in a rookie draft which in and of itself is heresy, not even accounting for the fact that this is a strong RB year.Those guys won't even be thought about until 1.04 at the absolute earliest (which is still a huge reach for them). I could see Davis going 6 at best.

I have the 1.01 in two leagues. I will pick Bush and not look back. He has unquestionable talent, an owner that wants him, a coach that wants him and an innovative coach at that who will utilize him to his full ability even with Duece around. IMO, Duece won't be around next year as this is now a new era for the Saints.
