Wind in Cincy (1 Viewer)

Goooals

Not unlike Pitt vs Cle, I hear the winds will be bad in Cincy as well. Anyone benching their players. Off course I have Housh and Graham. Housh I have to play, Graham is a question mark with the winds.

Who has latest links to the weather?

maybe it just hasn't arrived yet but I live here in Cinci and the wind doesn't seem to be more than 5-7 MPH

Gamplanning starts too early in the week for teams to change because of a little wind. Gameplan will remain the same. Unless its something crazy I dont think its worth paying any mind to.

it does look pretty windy outside.

but, wind aside, i wouldn't start any cincy guys today. and that's just a reflection on the fact that the Cincy OLine is baaaad and the Titans managed 7 sacks last week against a good Jacksonville team.

ESPN is reporting expected gust up to 50 mph. I am debating benching Ocho Cinco for V. Jackson, but haven't pulled the trigger on that yet. Have Housh in another league... tough decision!

Thanks for the heads-up. I was planning on benching Ocho Cinco today for Chris Chambers - he was completely invisible against the Ravens last week - and this helps to make the decision. I am counting on Ocho Cinco living up to his draft position at some point, but I am sitting him this week.

To be fair, Jax's line was decimated. But yeah, I'm not starting any Cinci guys today.

Sirius reporter at the game just said kickers were missing extra pt area attempts in pregame. Wind to get stronger.

With the wind howling the way it is, does that make Chris Perry an upgrade? With sustained winds above 30 miles an hour I imagine both teams are going to be relying heavily on the run.

The Bengals have no chance to run the ball well even if the weather was 80 and perfect today in my opinion. They HAVE to throw.

Awesome heads up. I just benched Titans kicker, Rob Bironas for Denver's kicker.

Do you think the wind will effect CJ3 st all? Perhaps he gets more carries but will short passes be affected as well? Do you foresee more of a "grind it out" game with Lendale? Comments appreciated....

benching palmer and playing garrard this week...palmer (or cinci) didn't show much last week and the winds plus tennesse def make me nervous about this week.
