I was going this direction last rd, but the news about him wanting to close came out like 20 minutes before my pick so I got scared.

Stretching him out as a starter is the shark move for the Rangers organization. The role uncertainty has less impact on Feliz' value in this format than it will in a typical fantasy league, because WIS is all about usable innings.
