One less than clean way is to copy and paste into one cell...then do "text to colums"

i think you have to use "paste special" and select something like unformatted text. i forget.

Try copying it into notepad first and then into excel.

Text to Columns (under the data menu) - delimit it by spaces.You'll have to concatenate first and last name back together though.

You can put it a text editor that allows find replace and replace , and ( with a tab then remove all the ) and you should be good to go. and replace - with Tab too then paste into excel.
