For the 100th time, I realize I am dealing with a full set of data that has not been disclosed here, so it may appear to some readers of this thread that I am clueless, but it has played out pretty much exactly to my plan thus far, as slow as it may seem. So I do think I know what I am doing, but I also welcome any REAL input, as well as shtick.  I am not upset, I just have a low ####### tolerance.  Plenty of people have made fun of me in here, and I fully expected that when I started this thread.  Maybe you weren't intending to come across as an #######, but when you post almost nothing but jabs in here, as alpha-male internet guy, it does seem that way. Maybe it's just me.  And you don't have to stop posting, it's a free internet message board, but would it hurt to try and be less of an #######?   

 
Dry Hump Tip from THE FLY:

Make sure you're wearing jeans, or in your case, apparently, jorts, when you dry hump.

That extra material on the peen area makes for a "thick throbbing vein" sensation for her, that'll drive her to maybe let you touch a bare boob.  :thumbup:

Outside of of her finishing her herpes medicine there is absolutely no excuse for you not banging that yet.  The whole "waiting for divorce to be final" is either A) her excuse to hold out or B)you not coming to terms for what this really is.  There is no "data" that can be given that would ever tell me that a tatted up single mom (whose ex mysteriously doesnt want anything to do with the kids) wouldnt be game for pound town after a few weeks neighbor or not.  You are either being not being honest or this is a total fishing expedition as I said from the beginning.  Nothing of this makes sense now.  But please carry on

I don't think Nate is really in a hurry, because, he really likes her. I don't think his goal is to bed her as fast as possible like a street whore.  There will be plenty of time to whore it up down the road.

I mean I'm only 22 but you are just building up her self esteem and being that push over guy and whenever.... if ever your name comes up in a conversation, she will respond as " yeah he is just a friend." I'm at a loss here...it's still only been a few short weeks. Guys in here acting like the only way to measure success is whether or not NRJ beds her. That's a sad measuring stick unless that's his only real goal...and he has clearly and repeatedly stated that it is not. I know it's the 21st century, but sex doesn't have to (and arguably shouldn't) happen in the first 3 weeks of a long term relationship.

Ignore these tools NRJ and do your thing.

I don't know man, title says woo her, so I'm assuming he is just trying to bed her. If he wants a real relationship its another story and i withdraw my statement. But if he is just tryna get it in dude has already lost and this point ide be surprised if he gets any as she probably already looks at him as "a friend".

Guy is trying to woo (and certainly more) and coordinate dates long enough with a neighbor. 6 people are involved (adults and kids).  That's touch and go, as is, with a neighbor if you aren't living in an apartment complex.

And there are some idiots that think wooing in Louisiana is the same as wooing in New York, Detroit, and wherever you think is great.

Support the FBG guy attempting to thread the needle. Or be a page 105 jerk. Either way, I guess.

Oh i support him 100%. I'm from Philadelphia by the way but when i read most of it i just thought he was just tryna get in bed with her. As a neighbor I have, I just said lets go for drinks and it was a done deal. She doesn't have kids so it changes a bit but she is older than me and has a career so take it as you will.

Edit: and no she doesn't have some sketchy ### tattoos and isn't fat. Wouldn't call her an 8 but wouldn't call her a 4 or 5 either.

While I don't really agree w/ the 20-something, alpha male, "bang her, already" crowd, it is an interesting dynamic .

I'm 50, and I would personally find it tough to continually stay patient and "wait", especially after a few makeout sessions like he's alluding to. I realize the kids and being neighbors complicates it some (and she has her kids full time, I believe), but that bridge will have to be navigated in time anyway. Waiting is fine for awhile - I do understand it. But at some point, the physical part not progressing past hugging and kissing will start to become a problem. Only so many nights like that a guy can take. 

I don't know if the Colonel answered this or not, but are you now off the market temporarily?

Cannot imagine that ladies make out repeatedly with guys that they consider friends.  This may be a case of the lady putting the brakes on due to this situation.  She may still consider herself as married until the divorce is final.  She may be afraid of the impact on the kids if things blow up or that she will have to face the colonial every day as she comes and goes from her house if things blow up.   It seems like she has some reason as to why she is not sleeping with our guy.  She may just be crazy.  She is female after all.  No offense ladies.
