I just wanted to start a concise thread with this one specific question: Would you take Portis at #12/13?

Depends, is LT still available? :wall:
I have a good indication round 1 will go like this:1 - LJ2 - LT3 - Alexander4 - Tiki5 - SJax6 - Manning7 - Ronnie8 - Rudi9 - Edge 10 - Caddy11 - FWP12 ........I was thinking Lamont/Mcgahee, but I'm wondering if it's worth taking a shot on Portis.

Depends on the scoring system. In PPR, I'd take Chad Johnson, Holt or Steve Smith (whoever your highest on) and not look back. In PPR, if you must have a RB I'd consider Bush, McGahee and Westbrook there also, though Portis certainly wouldn't be a "bad" pick. In non-PPR Portis is a little more attractive, though you could still make an argument for all of these same players I mentioned above.

You should specify:

.

1.) keeper/not - (if keeper Portis' value goes up a bit as this isn't a long term injury issue).

2.) PPR of not - if PPR Jordan's receptions should easily put him ahead of Portis.
