Robinson (knee) is slated to be evaluated before Wednesday's practice, ESPN.com reports.

Robinson left Sunday's game for a brief spell, but was still able to log 60-of-67 of the Jags' snaps on offense in the contest. In any case, it appears as though the wideout may be dealing with a minor knee issue, and his practice participation this week may be impacted.

I don't think week 1 changes Robinson's prospects for the year. I was hoping he'd be able to outplay a top corner like Norman based on volume, but he and Bortles don't appear to be at that level yet. Fortunately, he won't see many lockdown guys the rest of the way.

Week one overreaction is always amazing to me. Had this been week 5, and Robinson had been playing at his expected wr2/3 level through the first 4 weeks before this stinker, you'd just be frustrated that he put up a dud... but in no way considering dropping him. Since this was week 1, and it's the only data point you have for him this season, people are considering dropping him?

Gotta keep some perspective people. Players have bad games, Robinson was going to have bad games this year... the fact that one of them came in week 1 should not cause you to dramatically adjust your expectations for him on the season.

Robinson was doing great last year until the injury, with whatever level Bortles was playing at. So he doesn't need to progress to make Robinson a solid starter.

For what's it worth though, I think Kendall Wright could be a great play too.

This is true but you can't deny picking up a player like Wright. He was a very solid sleeper pick in the 8th+ who will likely turn out to be a 5th/6th round value in PPR this year. I see nothing wrong with dropping Robinson for Wright. Less upside, but likely much better regular production.

He gets four weeks for me; if he doesn't get a ton of targets and/or score a TD I will be dropping him in non-PPR. I can see his value being buoyed by a ton of receptions but if you're not scoring you are of little value in non-PPR format. Thomas will be coming back and getting most of the red-zone looks anyway.

Something I did not look prior to drafting him was his matchups this year; it's pretty brutal. There's only five decent match-ups and only one of which is during the playoffs.

That said, I think he has a bright future, and MAY emerge in that category in time, but the conclusion doesn't compute based on their input.

Didnt read the article yet...i would expect pats to bracket robinson over top with mccourty and let hurns matchup with butler...yeldon may be the play here but if (when) the pats get a lead, the pats d and blount may dominate fantasy scoring...

I think hurns and Thomas will help Robinsons production. Better the offense as a whole equals more red zone chances, less attention from the defense (I hope).

I think if they're both healthy, Hurns and Robinson both end up with nearly identical stats this season. Therefore, Hurns is far more valuable and Robinson is a sell.

Robinson is gobbling up targets, as expected. He's looking like he'll end up with a season very similar to DeAndre Hopkins last year, which is pretty much what I expected: 75-80 grabs, 1100-1200 yards, with his big weeks being somewhat unpredictable and sporadic because of so-so QB play and not quite being able to beat the top corners yet. A high-floor weekly play with big splash potential.

Hurns has been a nice surprise and will probably continue to be so until Julius Thomas is back. I think he'll taper off and finish a tier or two behind Robinson. But, you know to start him when the Jags face someone like Josh Norman or Vontae Davis.

Only factor that has me semi-interested in selling is Bortles - just saw this AM that he has a grade 1 AC joint sprain. I'd imagine any playing time for Henne would be brutal for Robinson's value.

I really like Robinson with a healthy Bortles, he has been at least passable every week except week 1 and has a high ceiling each week. IMO due to the combination of him being a relatively recent breakout and his offense/team situation it'd be difficult to find someone willing to overpay.

this is kind of what I was afraid of if you do try and sell….certain teams have a stigma (Jax/Clev) which is one reason why I was able to get him as late as I did, but when you want to trade them half the league thinks "but he plays for Jax and they suck". I think it's likely that he'll have more value for me on my roster than what I could get for him.

I offloaded Robinson just before the season started in a multiplayer deal to land Watkins. He had pretty good hype throughout the summer, and only seems to be backing it up.

Hurns I know I'm pretty much stuck with, and I don't mind because no one will pay what he is currently worth. I'll keep taking those points every week.

Why do you want to sell? I wouldn't overlook the "2 wrs on the same team" thing. Keeps you very consistant and you should be able to get a TD every game between them if you start both. You clearly aren't getting avlue for them, so maybe sell one of your WR1s for a RB1 to survive the charles thing, and just start both jax wrs.

Look, the Jags can't run the ball effectively and can't stop the opposing team, either. That's a recipe for sustained passing. They have to throw the ball, they don't have much else to rely on.
