WR Andrei Iosivas, CIN (1 Viewer)

He was a penny stock. Every now and then they hit and you profit, but they mostly end up being roster-cloggers. He's only a second year player and profiled as a top RAS talent that would take some time to develop as a WR. I'm willing to hold him a little longer if I can, but I don't feel as optimistic as I did to begin the year now that he's had some opportunity on the field.

I think he is a hold for dynasty at least until seeing how next year pans out with the Bengals offense. Higgins walks, no new WR's drafted, etc.

You are correct he is a penny stock and currently clogging your roster since you can't start him. If you have to move on, don't cut him - send him out as trade bait. Again it depends on roster size/bench spots but Higgins will be gone next year and there will be an opportunity.

There is a chance this is all he is but if I can I'd want to hold until next year to see if he can be the starting WR opposite Chase.

I’ve been a hold on Yoshi for a while now.

And with Tee’s propensity for missing games, he seems like a nice lotto ticket to stash if you have room.

I tried dealing him for a pick in our rookie draft and couldn’t give him away. Kinda glad now.

I tried acquiring this guy last year when Tee was injured and the owner wouldn't budge. What were you asking by the way? I should send a flyer pick for him as he would be pretty cheap now.

I tried to get a late 3rd. Nope.
I then tried to get an early 4th. Nope.

And that’s a 12 team SF - non TEP, non IDP.

So those aren’t super valuable picks. When 4.04 was rejected (by the Tee shareholder) I decided I’d rather hang on to Yoshi.

Higgins missed a bunch of games last year and Yoshi never stepped up. I don't think he's gonna be a thing.
Higgins missed weeks 1 & 2

Yoshi in those weeks wasn’t bad:
Week 1 - 14.7
Week 2 - 16.2

Higgins did miss weeks 1 & 2, however Iosivas' big weeks were 2 & 3. It's worth noting that his performance was built off three TDs across those two weeks. His targets across the first three weeks of '24 were 6, 4, and 7. When Higgins missed more time (wks 8-10), many expected Iosivas to step up, but he wasn't highly targeted.

I want Iosivas to happen, but I wouldn't bet on it. He's a fantastic athlete, but not a complete WR as of 2024. He's only going into his third year in the NFL, though. Cincy certainly wants a third WR to step up given Higgins' poor injury history.

You’ll get no argument from me. They targeted Chase Brown a lot during that second stretch, but yes - it’s only Iosivas 3rd season. Maybe they get a little mode out of him. I never said dude was a leaue-winner. He’s a decent back of the bench stash.

There are definitely worse stash options. The WR3 has a shot at good value based on Burrow's passing yards and Higgins' injury history.
