Getting rid of lunatics once they've reached an intolerable level of lunacy is certainly a management style.

He's also involved in grooming these young men into being professionals and that's where I'm not so sure he deserves the credit bestowed on him for getting production out of these WR's and knowing when to move on or if he should be held more accountable for allowing their behavior to go unchecked for so long even he could not control them any longer. Diontae said himself no other team showed him any interest other then the Browns who gave him a league minimum non-guaranteed deal.
He met that battle for his career by skipping almost every single voluntary off-season session and arriving at training camp not in great shape.

When I read that post i see that they are praising tomlin, because Tomlin is able to keep many star players over the years beneath the level of "intolerable lunacy" while they are steelers, like AB.
