ESPN’s Rich Cimini reports Garrett Wilson will miss 3-4 weeks with a knee sprain.

Sucks. I feel like such a whiner this year, but injuries have just absolutely crushed me. In a short bench league it's near impossible to navigate when you've got 3-4 players out a week Add him to BTJ, Daniels and potentially Gadsden. I'm about ready to raise the white flag.

3-4 weeks takes us to the fantasy playoffs, and then, what do he and the Jets have to play for? Will he be at full strength? Will they shut him down out of caution? I'm also in a short bench league and I'm on the fence whether to drop him for the first shiny thing I see.

I'm on the outside looking in at the playoffs, partially because of Wilson's goose egg this week. I don't know that I'll be able to hold onto him and Daniels and still give it an honest try to actually get in with the week 12 and 14 byes i have coming up.

It’s been 5 weeks where GW has provided next to no value. Now maybe another 3 weeks and maybe 4 if you wait to see how he comes back 1st game. Season may be over at that point.

Btw, major fan, he’s one of the best in my opinion.

That hurts, had made my peace with him being out weeks 11-13 but was badly hoping he'd make it back for week 14, he's a surprising common denominator on some of my best redraft teams.

I do have some decent confidence he can return in week 15 since Cimini was saying it's 3-4 weeks. I'm thinking what everyone else is though and worried about them shutting him down. They should, but I don't think they will, but will be trying to listen for intel to see if that's the way the winds are blowing. Only way I'd cut him off my fantasy teams was if I got strong intel they were thinking of shutting him down, until then I'm holding firm and hoping we get him back for weeks 15-17.

Had a chance to trade for Drake London in my dynasty league this offseason and that is who I wanted but my teammate didn't like London and so we traded for G Wilson instead.

In the off-season Wilson and Jaxon were damn similar in most rankings. Jaxon owner didn't want to straight up swap, so I tossed in Ollie Gordon. He owned Achane. Wilson and Ollie for Jaxon. Yay me.
