Yeah, I don't think anybody held or started Gordon because of Soulfly3. He certainly wasn't getting any credit from me. I didn't know about Soulfly's work until after I drafted Gordon.

In the other 12, he averaged 112.3 YPG. The next highest in the league was Brown with 93 under our revised cherry picked stats.

ultimate snap judgement, overreaction but.....

Johnny is god awful in ways that are gonna be a challenge to ever get righted and what dawns on me today is, maybe there is a reason Cleveland suffered through Hoyer.

Johnny had absolutely no velocity on the ball today. He had guys open but defenders closed as the damn ball couldn't get there fast enough. Maybe this will improve with timing or relaxing and not holding the ball so tight.

The other issue which will be problematic is his height. Clearly seemed to me like he couldn't see over the line. I know Brees has had great success being shorter but he looks to have two inches on Johnny, who is just a bit beyond Flutie height. That is an issue. New Orleans seemed to have wider splits to open lanes just to see, maybe Cleveland needs that.

But those two issues are significant.

His instincts, in 5 quarters of football now, are awful 3 times out of 4. The one play he improves once in a while shows you something is great but he sucks for the most part.

Bottom line, Brutal for JG.

Some advice going forward for us ff players to remember. Just take a pass on these guys with character issues. More times than not you are going to lose the lottery. If you're a decent ff player, you're better off playing it safe and grinding out victories and league titles by making solid draft picks rather than playing lottery tickets. Gordon easily could have been OBJr or Benjamin
