He's got the talent and opportunity to be among the top receivers. He'll probably be 10th or better after this week playing with 3 different qb's and being suspended 2 games.Top 10 easy. How high do we go?

HAHAHAHAGordon's situation is only better due to the chance for the long ball. If he doesn't get one in a game, his week is going to suck too. Caveat emptor, my friend. I have Gordon too and am dreading the week 16 @NYJ matchup. He will probably ride pine for me that week if my other options are still in tact at that point.now the Jordan Cameron situation sucks.. wish I would have got rid of him before Campbell came into the picture

Not if I'm drafting in your league. Solid round 2!Next year. I am smelling 3rd-4th round pick.
My RBs were Ingram and Ivory (hey that has a ring to it!) less than 7 points combined and I smoked my opponent because of him!Sing it like the song! Ingram and Ivory, if you need four points, they get you three! LOLNot if I'm drafting in your league. Solid round 2!The days of having an LT, Emmit, Priest single handedly win games for you is now being replaced with the WR day like he had yesterday and Calvin, etc.Next year. I am smelling 3rd-4th round pick.I got a combined 13 points between my two starting running backs. I'm still up by 50
I have 4 keeper spots + a rookie and I'm likely to go AJ Green, Gordon, K. Allen and Gronk with 4 of my 5 spots....2-3 years ago I could never imagine not keeping 2-3 RBs...Not if I'm drafting in your league. Me too. All year I was intending on keeping: Luck, AP, Dez, Julio.. I think Gordon has officially worked his way into a keeper spot over Luck.I have 4 keeper spots + a rookie and I'm likely to go AJ Green, Gordon, K. I don't know...Weeden has a big arm and has eyes for him. He locked on him in garbage time (as he should) and Gordon just gets open at will. Then when he has the ball in his hands he just seems to glide and seems to turn a simple 6 yard crossing pass into 25 yards. He just makes it look so easy like he's barely trying...reminds me a lot of Moss.I got to watch a good bit of the game - wow.
What Gordon's done with three different QBs going in and out is incredible.
I guess we wait to see if Campbell comes back, would still rather he was in there.
I would...that's a hell of a wr trio....only thing that worries me is the pot issue.Me too. All year I was intending on keeping: Luck, AP, Dez, Julio.. good. if steve smith can beat him I don't think Gordon will have a problemHate to burst everyone's bubble including my own but our boy gets Talib in week 14 great.
Talib is no match.Hate to burst everyone's bubble including my own but our boy gets Talib in week 14 great.
But, but, but he's gonna face Ike *gulp* Taylor...Gordon is a must start. you cant bench this guyHAHAHAHAGordon's situation is only better due to the chance for the long ball. Well Talib gave DT fits last night. Lets not get too excited about the matchup just yet. I know the wind played a huge part in Peyton not getting the ball there quickly but Talib is playing very well right now. I'm still not benching him, but I'm not going to jump off the building if he doesn't have a monster day either.Talib is no match.Hate to burst everyone's bubble including my own but our boy gets Talib in week 14 great.
Didn't Thomas score a touchdown on Talib?Well Talib gave DT fits last night. Lets not get too excited about the matchup just yet. And sadly Deon wouldnt be Deon with todays rulesThese days, people think there are way too many shutdown corners. There are lots of GOOD corners, but very few, if any, shutdown corners. Look at Joe Haden yesterday. Antonio Brown ate him up. A great receiver will beat a great corner, if the QB can get enough time to allow it., Last week, people in this very thread said that Gordon would struggle because of Ike Taylor. Talib, Haden, Revis, Taylor, Sherman....all good corners. None of them are Dion Sanders.
Revis was a monster before his knee injury. These days, people think there are way too many shutdown corners. There are lots of GOOD corners, but very few, if any, shutdown corners. Agreed. Pre-injury Revis was the closest we've had to Sanders. But currently, there are none out there which require anyone to bench a top ten to fifteen receiver.Revis was a monster before his knee injury. These days, people think there are way too many shutdown corners. Yet here we are, mocking the chumps who bench Gordon week after week due to matchups, only to get mushroom slapped by Gordon's third legAgreed. Pre-injury Revis was the closest we've had to Sanders. Yes he did. An 11yd TD. He ended up with 4 for 41 with a TD. Talib also picked off a pass intended for DT. Not sure the point you are trying to make there. Look, I didn't say to bench Gordon. I started him since he returned and will continue to roll him out. All I said was I would temper my expectations a little after watching how well Talib covered DT. I am not saying Talib is a true shutdown corner either. I think the wind kept Manning from getting the ball to DT as quickly as it needed to be. Watching the game last night, Talib's coverage on DT was fantastic.Didn't Thomas score a touchdown on Talib?Well Talib gave DT fits last night. Lets not get too excited about the matchup just yet. Harry douglass has actually been a stud since Julio has gone out top 7-8 wr if you add it up bud not to stupid of a move imo. Hilton is pretty good to and has been hot but Douglass is right with him.THANK YOU! Now I don't feel nearly as bad. At least I only sat him for Hilton. Harry freakin' Douglas?!?!?!?Im too embarrassed to say lol...if you have to know...Harry DouglasWhy? What made you bench him?on my bench...DOH....i didnt trust Clevlands QB situation...doesnt matter,im winning this week anyways...lesson learned
He's #2 in points per game at the position. Of course Julio Jones is #3 and is no longer playing and D Thomas is #4.Just checked out of curiosity. Gordon is only behind Calvin in scoring since his return from suspension. I don't see how he doesn't start every week.
sure...probably something like Calvin, AJ, Julio, D. Thomas, Dez, Gordon.....in tier terms though I'd have Calvin in his tier and then the other 5 in the next one....they will be within a td or two of each other at the end of the year...In dynasty terms didn't put Marshall in there due to age. He's #2 in points per game at the position. All that said, if he were guaranteed to never be suspended in his career, would you have him in your top 5?
I'm more worried about Talib on Weeden than Talib on Gordon.Yes he did. An 11yd TD. He ended up with 4 for 41 with a TD. Talib also picked off a pass intended for DT. Regardless though it doesn't matter. Gordon is a must start and really has been all year. People benched him his first week back to see how he would perform after the suspension and he was great. People benched him when Hoyer got the start and with Campbell. He's going to have bad games from time to time but he should never be benched. I'm just enjoying the ride and hopefully he leads us all far into the playoffs.
Same here man. Went Calvin in the 1st, Dez Bryant in the 2nd, and I think I got Gordon in the 13th. HahaDitto. Been riding the Calvin / A.Brown / Gordon gravy train all season. What a total beast. He's been a stud WR1 that's been my WR3 all year... valuetown
Heartwarming. He was absolutely the difference for me in my matchup this week. Single handedly won it for me.
Weeden is a better fit for Gordon. Campbell has no downfield vision and just doesn't seem to want to throw the deep ballI got to watch a good bit of the game - wow.

Yeah, it's the guys who wait in discovering studs who usually have the most success in fantasy.I still remember Braylon Edwards beasting on the Browns. I'll wait until Gordon puts more of a resume together.

only thing holding back Gordon is his drug problem.Sounds good to me.
Tali dominates physical receivers. He crushed Julio when they met. He played Demaryius extremely well despite injury. That said,Talib is gimpy... and Gordon has been about as dominant as you can be this year.good. if steve smith can beat him I don't think Gordon will have a problemHate to burst everyone's bubble including my own but our boy gets Talib in week 14 great.
I am not trying to be critical of you RN, you are a rock (love ya man), but I never understood why people post scoring relative to their leagues instead of simply putting in a stat line. For example he has 4 points in my league, it's a nice start to his day but nothing spectacular and it is completely irrelevant to anyone else's league.Dude is a monster. Halfway through the 1st Q, he's got 8.5 points without scoring a TD.
That's a full game of production for some other good WRs.
