IMO no, just an unfortunate hit. Didn't seem intentional.was it a cheap shot?
anyone have a link to the hit?

He's a bit of a drama queen. I bet he's fine. That hit, his reaction and him collapsing to the ground on his way to the locker room all looked really bad to me. I hope it's minor.
I partially tore my MCL and it looked just like that.Gonna be an MCL sprain.
Yeah, worst case scenario would have been non-contact and him being carted off the field. I don't think he's done for the season or anything like that. He's a bit of a drama queen. I bet he's fine.
4-6 weeks what round does he go now?knee and ankle.
bad sprain at minimum, imo.
my guess is 4-6 weeks if no major damage.
Hit above the knee on thigh. Hard hit on the turf. He ran off just fine. I think it'll just turn out to be a twisted ankle but time will tell.looked bad
no way
The sun is the Knight King.
What did I say about him being a drama queenThe dude is strolling around the sideline right now.

I'm a pessimist when it comes to #### like this. McCoy would give me a heart attack a season, I actually had to start pricing his effect on my well being into his ADP.shadyridr said:What did I say about him being a drama queen
His lung is in his knee? This is worse than I thought.Jello_Biafra said:Looked like he got the wind knocked out of him more than anything. He was running to the locker room. I don't know what you guys were watching.

I waited until now to see the whole thing play out...You've seen guys with high ankle sprains walking around the sidelines w/o a limp 15 min after injury occurs? Them ankles on OBJ are fierce.
Only Big Ben does is more effectively. What a stud. What other player could come back from a concussion, knee injury and high ankle sprain in a couple of hours?
I'd much prefer this to what I feared, which is that he was acting all fine and tough when he knew cameras were on him outside and then let himself feel the pain and fear when he thought he wasn't being watched.Camera's on me in the locker room? Cue fall to the ground for effect.
If you watch it more closely you see his whole upper leg moving in unison from the hip joint. So while the knee is moving, so is the rest of his leg... except his ankle which is planted by the ball of his foot. Since he's not fully planted, his foot breaks free which relieves the stress that was temporarily on his ankle. Again, I'm not a doctor, but that's what I'm seeing.Looked like knee to me. Ankle is barely on the ground and not flexed. Clear the knee gets hit sideways. I was surprised to read it was an ankle
Dr Jene explained that he saw the upper leg moving with the knee as a good sign.Looked like knee to me. Ankle is barely on the ground and not flexed. Clear the knee gets hit sideways. I was surprised to read it was an ankle
