Rice fully participated in training camp and played in two preseason games, catching two passes for 13 yards and a touchdown in 20 snaps.

You're not kidding, I've never seen it so bad. Three weeks for Rice to play seems like an eternity but I'm pumped to have traded for him in week 2.

100% agreed. I think Rice is somehow still being underrated this close to his return. Especially given injuries to the position and to other team's QBs, Rice could be a top-5 WR from week 7 onward, and will at the very least be top-12.
Its important to note, Rice isn't exactly coming in cold from injury/suspension. He was a full participant in camp and the preseason. I think WR10 is a fair over/under.
The suspension probably benefited him from a health standpoint. Assuming he didn’t spend his time racing around on the freeway. I am now a dynasty holder, hoping he supplants Ladd’s unforeseen demise.

I like that deal for you. We know Rice will be a good WR2 with top 10 upside. JCM right now is a really good RB3 with RB2 potential.

apparently they believe I traded for him in May, to then waited 6 weeks, just to give him away for less than I paid. Because that makes sense.
