He’s unhappy about something
Bills coach Sean McDermott said Stefon Diggs and the team are "in a real good spot".
Diggs was not on the practice field for the start of mandatory minicamp, though later reports indicated he was at the team's facility. He then showed up for practice a day later. After practice, McDermott told reporters Diggs "did everything he was asked to do". This included attending meetings and getting a physical on Monday. He then mentioned productive conversations between himself, Diggs, and GM Brandon Beane. Though there was and may still be tension between Diggs and his organization, it sounds like this story will be a non-issue going forward.

Seems pretty insane given how many targets and how much success Diggs has had since joining the Bills. That said, Diggs has always had a reputation as a classic WR (think TO, 85, Moss) who can be temperamental. I am a little worried.
Yep but that's just who he is. The Bills knew this when they traded for him. There is a reason he went to Maryland, fell in the draft, wasn't made a long term franchise piece for the Vikings, etc.oh, diggs... stfu.
best chance you'll ever have at a super bowl, and you're out here pissing and moaning w/ your monster salary
Is it really the best chance he’ll have at a Super Bowl? Allen regressed once Daboll left for the Giants. Buffalo is on the downswing. Maybe Diggs is the NFLs version of Jimmy Butler — he can sniff out inferiority.oh, diggs... stfu.

Squeaky wheel always gets the grease, especially WRs.

I don’t know. Josh Allen regressed a lot, and Daboll turned Daniel Jones into a competent QB. Buffalo looked lost on offense far too often last year.Is it really the best chance he’ll have at a Super Bowl? Allen regressed once Daboll left for the Giants. Buffalo is on the downswing. Yes, it is his best chance.
What other SB calibre team has cap space for a Diggs on the roster?
I don't know if they're on the downswing or not, but they're still easily a top 3, if not top 5 SB pick
Allen has regressed from his phenomenal 2020 season, but 2021 was still with Daboll. He actually did slightly better in 2022 in his first year without him, and that was while he was playing through an injured throwing elbow. The offense overall was just as good as well.I don’t know. Matches up with Sauce week 1. How'd he do against the Jets last year?
He did that in 2022 playing with an injured QB for half the season. I put him in that first tier of WRs.Another routine Diggs year of 110-1400-10 right? Nothing to worry about right?
Honestly, I think there is upside from that.Another routine Diggs year of 110-1400-10 right? Nothing to worry about right?
Not saying bench, but lowered expectations may be appropriate.Matches up with Sauce week 1. How'd he do against the Jets last year?
Fantasy 101....never bench your studs.
Stefon Diggs caught 10-of-13 targets for 102 yards and one touchdown in the Bills’ Week 1 loss to the Jets.
Diggs had a relatively quiet first half outside of his touchdown grab but ignited in the second, all but willing his team by himself after the break. The Bills had four possessions in the second half and one in overtime and managed just three points on those drives. With that, it was good to see Diggs garner the same high target market share that made him a consistent producer with Allen last season.
Next Gen Stats
Stefon Diggs finished with a reception on eight different routes while accounting for a season-high 65.5% of the Bills' team air yards.
Diggs was targeted on 53.3% of his routes, the highest target rate in a game this season (min. 20 routes).

What is he doing? Looks like very low yards per target. Force fed? I mean does this team have a consistent wr core outside of him?Either something is wrong with the bills offense entirely or Diggs may be the actual problem with his demands…
Or the fact Allen missed him several times.Either something is wrong with the bills offense entirely or Diggs may be the actual problem with his demands…
Maybe the Giants defense rose to the occasion. They played great. This was a classic trap game that the Bills were lucky to win.Either something is wrong with the bills offense entirely or Diggs may be the actual problem with his demands…
They don't. Gabe Davis can pop off, but he's ideally more of a #3 WR. Knox is the definition of mediocre, and Kincaid is a rookie TE. Everyone else is backup caliber. They would honestly make a lot of sense in a potential Jeudy trade, but its also possible they don't see this as a real problem and would rather just be patient with Kincaid. What is he doing? Was surprised they didn't throw a single pass to their RBs last night. Hardy lined up in the backfield on the TD catch, but Allen didn't even look to Cook or Murray for checkdowns. Just seems really odd since Cook was effective in the first few games in the passing game.Either something is wrong with the bills offense entirely or Diggs may be the actual problem with his demands…
indeed. i have higgins and collins (both hurt) and devonta (bye) for week 10 - fun times!I've already pencilled in a loss with Hurts on a bye but it's getting a little ridiculous now.
Yea I have Higgins too. I do have Shakir as kind of a handcuff for Diggs. At least I can throw him in on Monday if the worst happens.indeed. i have higgins and collins (both hurt) and devonta (bye) for week 10 - fun times!I've already pencilled in a loss with Hurts on a bye but it's getting a little ridiculous now.
Added to injury report!?! This week stinks
He's never lied to me before
Added to injury report!?! This week stinks
Looks like we are good?
Only a portion of practice is open to the media. They probably didn't see him out there and assumed he didn't practice but the Bills official report was he did.How come we get so many conflicting reports do people feel like they have to jump the gun on reporting or what ? This has happened over and over this year.
First the report was Diggs did not practice then we get one he did and not only that he was removed from injury report.
Bills WR Stefon Diggs (back) did not practice Saturday but told reporters he “100%" expects to play in Week 10. 1 hour ago
Bills removed WR Stefon Diggs (back) from the injury report Saturday.
Diggs got in consecutive limited sessions on Friday and Saturday before being removed from the injury report entirely, 15 mins ago
Josh seems to be struggling going downfield, if he's not a threat to go deep, makes covering the intermediate easier I would guess. Why does he suck now?
Sauce is no joke. Why does he suck now?
Idk. Was forced to start Shakir in the flex so I got the points he should have had.Why does he suck now?
Really tough matchup. I'll hold off on worrying for now.Bad week for some alphas. Should be ok but idk- last year he was hot then cold down the stretch
