Is there anyway the horrible Vikings pass offense improves to an average pass offense, like the NYG or even the CHI offense? Can they go from 20 completions and 205 yards too 26 completions and 260 yards?

Time will tell IMO. It's not a knock against AP who is a HOF'er in my mind, but if this train is rolling with Diggs, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect Teddy's average attempts per game to hold or keep rising slightly as it has over the last few games. That's not to exclude AP for the pass attempt increases, either. But, in real life football it's a more balanced attack. Makes AP more dangerous, as well as the passing game.
In Diggs' last two games,
Teddy's Attempts Per Game (APG) Weeks 1-3: 24.67
Teddy's APG L2 Games: 36.0
AP Rush Attempts (RA) Weeks 1-3: 19.67
AP RA L2: 21.0
AP Receiving Targets (RT) Weeks 1-3: 1.67
AP RT L2: 3.5
You're already seeing it, an average of +10.34 APG increase via Teddy, while AP's rush attempts gets a slight uptick and his receiving targets also gets an uptick.
My point is that AP is staying integrated into the rushing and receiving games as he should, while Teddy is throwing more. They are helping each other in real-life football, and we need to be aware (the team lost a close one to Denver on the road and won @ home vs. KC over the L2 games). It's why I was in to get a piece of Diggs while I could, the offense is running more pass plays and even though a small sample, the trend is (hopefully) starting. Diggs can continue to make an impact if the Teddy APG trend holds or increases, as the offense still runs through AP but there's work if the APG increase for Teddy holds. AP rushing helps Diggs' potential upside from the data so far because he's such a good, key piece to this offense that can open up the pass game.

The big limiting factor has been and probably will continue to be the offensive line. They're not giving AP lanes to run and not giving TB time to throw.

Yeah, experts who come up with ROS rankings are usually too conservative when it comes to the players whose roles and values are increasing. Podcasts like The Audible and Fantasy Footballers give a much better idea of the ROS market value of someone. Having said that Diggs' ROS value is very fluid at the moment and will likely have a wide range of opinions.

Does anyone have any sense of the impact that Charles Johnson and Wright will have on his playing time? I'm guessing none but is there any definitive statement on starting status or expected snaps?

You have GamePass? I know you went to the TNF game but I can't remember if you're a season ticket holder (GP is free if you are.) I'd really encourage you to watch the first quarter & first five minutes of the second of the KC game. I don't think you'd have those questions TBH.
It's one thing to watch the highlights of Diggs 21 targets, but IME it's quite different seeing the game flow & getting a feel for the down/distance context. He dominated and absolutely set the tone. In the RZ Teddy looked first for Rudolph (one INT, third possession TD.) But otherwise it was the Stefon show. First passing down, off play action, bubble screen - it was amazing how silly he made the Chiefs DBs look.
It may not be official but this kid is really impressive.
That said, it's a low volume offense. I'm not convinced Bridgewater is even an average QB. I don't think a 46% increase in passing attempts in 2 games (compared to the first three) is a sufficient sample size. Those could be limiting factors and Diggs may "only" be a top 30/WR3 this year.
But I don't think Johnson will get his job back. Just MHO.

I've rarely if ever seen a player - an unproven player at that! - so universally loved in the Shark Pool. I mean, probably at least 25% of the people here would have #####ed about Jerry Rice in his prime. But this guy seems about unanimous. I've seen ZERO of him in action aside from highlights, but picked him up in all my leagues on your collective recommendation. (Thanks!) ... What are people thinking we have here? I'm seeing Antonio Bryant comparisons, freakin HOF predictions... what are your thoughts ROS? WR2? WR3? Flex?

WR3/Flex. Not enough volume in that offense. Teddy has thrown 3 TDs all year.
Really solid in PPR. We'll just have to wait & see if Norv takes the training wheels off the QB.
In PPR redraft, I think if he gets 12-15 every week you found a WR3 at low cost. If he maintains his current pace and sustains 15-18 /game, it's one of the best adds of the year. Realistically I think it's the former due to the volume situation.

dropped hankerson for ty montgomery 2 weeks ago vs. diggs, then was lucky enough to get him last night at around 5/14 (stupid ww that re-sets weekly based on record worst to first). lafell and hankerson were the wrs who went before diggs which surprised me.
granted it was KC's DBs, but dude has hops, and he's getting around 10 targets in each of the last 2 games. ADP is great for keeping D's honest, but if he keeps putting up 20/60 stat lines, that won't continue. and they'll have to pass more.
have diggs in @ flex w/ bye problems. once he scores a td or 3, he will get the attention he deserves.

I wouldn't say I saw this coming, but I'm not surprised either. He was always very impressive in college. Great football player. He reminded me of Dez Bryant minus 30 pounds. Elastic athlete. Quick. Natural ability to make plays on the ball, and with the ball in his hands. Likely would've been drafted a lot higher if he'd been a bit heavier or faster, but didn't really shine in pre-draft testing.
I think he can be legit. Especially if he continues to develop physically with age. He is still very young.
In terms of negatives, he plays a somewhat dangerous style over the middle of the field and doesn't necessarily have the right body type to take the beating. He had one serious lower body injury in college and a lacerated kidney in a different season. If he continues to play the same style and doesn't develop physically, I could see problems arising here. It wouldn't really be a big factor in my analysis though.
I have him on one of eight dynasty teams, so while I feel like I'm not totally left out of the party, I do regret not targeting him more.

Just nabbed him for $0 off my FAAB waivers. I'm in a league with a bunch of Vikings fans so it surprised me he was still available. Unless he continues busting out he probably doesn't have much room on my weekly redraft lineup but I'm hoping he has another really solid game so I can flip him in a trade with one of the MN fans.
Sort of desperate bid, my WR core has no depth. Not counting on him, but trending the right way.

I had drafted him in a dynasty and glad to see he is coming alive.
I was able to snag him in my 12 team redraft with the 10/12 waiver spot last night. I was shocked. Really shocked. I think this kid continues this and is going to start scoring some TD's.

What is the Ravens' aversion to young talent at WR? Baffling.
They had already spent their #1 pick on a young replacement for Torrey Smith, and had youngsters Aiken, Brown, Waller and Campanero in the fold.
The secondary was a known need, so I have no problem with them spending their picks there. Hindsight is 20/20 here, and it's pretty obvious that both WR and the secondary are still significant problems.

89 out of 179 won him for me. Gladly starting him this week in 2 leagues.
Used my number one waiver position to grab him in my 10 team standard. With Charles Johnson coming back, he's going to be on my bench until I see how many targets he gets now and if he can find the end zone. Hoping he can replace the disappointing Jordan Matthews for me eventually.
Those youngsters were far from impressive- Campanero a 7th round pick, Brown and Aiken were UDFA's, and Waller wasn't in the fold yet- they took him in the 7th round of that draft. Diggs not only would have potentially filled a WR need, but also the kick returner need since they lost Jacoby Jones.
IMO, it makes far more sense to spend their final 4th round pick (they had 3 of them) on a guy like Diggs, who was a projected 3rd-4th round pick, than on a guy like Walker, who was a projected 6th-7th round pick.

You know...because he actually is producing and we are not dreaming about production like the CM thread?
I hope CM breaks out for those guys....because I have never seen a guy who has barely sniffed the field get as much hype. It's amazing. And I think that kid has obvious talent. But something has kept him off the field. If your that good....you get on the field in some capacity or another. He has not.
Diggs on the other hand has shown in a starters role he can ball. I expect more of the same with some quiet games too. He now has some game film for other teams to watch. But I love what I have seen so far and always thought he was a great athlete with upside coming into the league.
