Just thinking about this - call it the "Colston Rule".

What if you draft a rookie as a TE and he winds up as a WR?

What about a QB to WR conversion?

RB to TE?

Just a thought.

You get points based on the position Twilight's software has them at. Colsten would have scored points as a WR even if you drafted him as a WR. Sennaca Wallace will score you points at the QB position, even if he occasionally lines up at WR.

Bass, I think you may be misunderstanding what Jeff is asking. If you draft a player at one posistion, say Colston (who IIRC was listed as a TE most of the pre-season), would his score count as a TE or a WR. We occasionally see a posistion change among veterns in the NFL (Todd Christensen comes to mind). Other than QBs in the draft who may get moved to WR (we usually hear about their posistion change around draft time) I don't know off the top of my head who may meet this criteria this year.

Colsten's score would have counted as WR, even if you drafted him as a TE. The position which Twilight's scoring system lists them during the season is where they'll accumulate points. I don't think we want to get into debates over what position we anticipate rookies playing Likewise, I don't think it's fair for someone to draft Wallace at WR and then accumulate QB points at that position when Hasselbeck gets hurt.
