Yahoo FF player dropping rules (1 Viewer)

I seem to recall reading on here that you could drop a player during a game, even if he had already played (in the lineup) and his score would stand.  Is this true?  (First time Yahoo user this year, been learning its little intricacies.)

No. If he's in your starting lineup, you're stuck with him until Monday's game ends and the day flips. It will say "X has already played today and cannot be dropped." I also cannot imagine that even in first-come first-serve leagues that they would allow mid-game drops while the score stands. Does that make any sense to you?

Yeah, I was just kind of hopeful lol.  How about dropping someone on your bench?
